A very popular model of tubular chrome armchairs. Designed by Walter Knoll in Germany in the early 1930s and distributed by Thonet. This pair was made in Czechoslovakia in the late 1930s. The plating on the frame is in excellent original condition. The chairs have been fully reupholstered and covered in leather. The wooden armrests have been refinished in polished piano lacquer.
