zajic-600x600

From the very beginning, wooden toys numbered among the core articles for the Artěl cooperative, and Václav Špála also designed a set of unique toys for them – peacocks, hens and rabbits. The most popular toy is the “devil box”, created for Prague’s traditional Christmas markets. The toy has a door that opens and also serves as a candy box.

Reproduction of the originals held by the Museum of Decorative Arts.
